Terms of Service
Last updated: May 15, 2026
AI messaging operations, channel management, and workspace collaboration.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using zotx, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use zotx on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. Service Description
zotx is an AI-powered messaging operations platform for supported business channels. It includes channel connection, shared inbox workflows, AI reply orchestration, workspace collaboration, knowledge-base configuration, analytics, billing, and administrative tools.
3. Accounts and Workspaces
- You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- Workspace administrators are responsible for inviting team members, assigning roles, configuring automation, and controlling access to workspace data.
- You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information and keep it reasonably up to date.
4. Connected Platforms
- You remain responsible for complying with Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Platform rules, Messenger and Instagram messaging rules, and any other connected platform policies.
- You must have the rights and permissions needed to connect any page, account, phone number, business asset, data source, or knowledge-base file to zotx.
- You are responsible for the content, prompts, training material, automated replies, human replies, and customer communications sent from your workspace.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use zotx for spam, phishing, harassment, illegal activity, deceptive automation, malware, unauthorized scraping, or attempts to bypass platform limits.
- Do not upload or process sensitive personal data unless you have a lawful basis and the workspace is configured appropriately for that use.
- Do not attempt to access another user, workspace, channel, token, conversation, or system without authorization.
6. AI Outputs
AI-generated responses may be incomplete, incorrect, or inappropriate for a specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing configuration, monitoring outputs, and using human handoff when needed.
zotx provides tools to pause automation, customize channel prompts, and route conversations to humans, but you remain responsible for final business communications.
7. Third-Party Services
The service depends on third-party APIs, hosting providers, email providers, payment processors, AI model providers, and connected messaging platforms. Their availability, limitations, changes, outages, or enforcement actions may affect zotx features.
8. Billing and Credits
Paid plans, credits, usage limits, and payment terms are shown in the application or applicable order flow. Credits may be consumed by AI usage, messaging operations, or plan rules configured in the deployment.
Refunds, manual adjustments, and plan changes may be handled by support or platform administrators according to the active commercial arrangement.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if the service is used for abuse, security risk, illegal activity, non-payment, repeated policy violations, or conduct that may harm users, customers, zotx, Meta, or other connected platforms.
10. Privacy and Deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how data is collected, used, shared, retained, and deleted. Data deletion instructions and Meta callback handling are described on the Data Deletion page.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation
zotx is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect AI accuracy, or continued availability of third-party platform features.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zotx will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss caused by third-party platforms, misconfiguration, or unauthorized workspace use.
